What You Need to Know
• Limit 2 vouchers per customer
• Limit 1 per customer per visit
• Reservations are required and subject to availability
• Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture
• Valid for 4-cylinder cars only; V6, V8, and 4WD specialty vehicles incur additional cost
• Oil change valid for up to 5 quarts. Any extra parts/oils must be supplied by merchant and will incur additional cost; there will be added cost of $2.50 for oil filter recycling fee
• Customer will be notified by phone if any extra labor is required; customer will also be notified of the cost of all parts to be used in the service
• Standard spark plugs included in service; platinum spark plugs will incur a surcharge
• Entire value must be used in a single visit by same customer on same vehicle
• Available for use beginning the day after purchase
• The amount paid for the voucher expires 5 years from the purchase date. The remaining promotional value of the voucher above what you paid for it will expire on October 14, 2012
